Welcome to Brick Empire. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our digital products (PDF instructions and XML part lists). By accessing our site, you agree to these terms.

All products sold on Brick Empire are digital downloads. No physical bricks or models are included. Upon purchase, you will receive access to:

• A high-quality PDF instruction manual.
• An XML parts list file compatible with BrickLink/BrickOwl.

All content, designs, and instructions are the intellectual property of Brick Empire. When you purchase a product, you are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the files for building the model.

You strictly may NOT:

• Resell, share, or distribute the PDF instructions or files.
• Sell the physical models built from our designs commercially without explicit permission.
• Upload our files to any file-sharing websites.

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Once files have been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer refunds. If you encounter technical issues with a file, please contact support, and we will assist you.

Brick Empire is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the LEGO Group. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group of companies. All our models are custom fan creations.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
